By booking a session with Annie, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, release all liability towards Annie, and enter into a hold harmless agreement with Annie.

When agreeing to work with Annie as a client and/or volunteer, your provided feedback, comments, and reviews from sessions may be collected and displayed as an online testimonial. Feedback, comments, and reviews from clients and/or volunteers will be displayed as from the truthful and typical user experience view of the client and/or volunteer. By working with Annie as a client and/or volunteer, you understand the Right of Publicity, and you consent, agree, and give permission to allow your feedback, comments, and reviews to be displayed online as a testimonial in a secure, protected, and confidential manner by only first name and country where you reside to share your experience to help another beautiful soul.

Readings are intended to offer insight and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Annie will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any reading or session with Annie, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

Choices and actions based on the content of your services received are your own responsibility. Readings are subject to your own interpretation. Spiritual work cannot be guaranteed. There is a level of accountability and responsibility to be held by the client to preserve the integrity of the work done by not participating in certain behaviors, choices and actions that may undo or negate the work. Once you have the work done, it is up to you to stay in the light and take great care of yourself. For post-session after care it is highly recommended to drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, and eat clean, organic foods. Limit refined sugars and processed foods, and avoid alcohol and recreational drugs.

Full payment is due prior to scheduling and receiving Zoom Link to secure appointment. At the time of payment and commitment, the healing begins, and Annie begins to hold space for you. Therefore, there are no refunds. All sales are final. If you change your mind or cannot make your appointment refunds are not permitted.

After order confirmation is received, Annie will contact you within five business days at the email address provided during checkout to schedule your appointment. As there is no holding of available time slots, you understand it is solely your responsibility to respond to emails as quickly as possible.

It is important to show up open hearted, open minded, holding no expectations, and be open to receive for your highest and best. A confirmation email containing the link to your appointment will be sent out once your session is scheduled.  Once you receive this email, please make note of the date and time of your session. Email reminders are not sent out as it’s a client’s responsibility to show up and be on time. Tardiness reduces the time set aside for the session. All sessions and services will end at their allocated time. Tardiness of ten minutes or more closes the Zoom session and client is considered a no-show.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the time of appointment. Cancellations of any appointment less than 48 hours and in case of a no-show, 100% of fee will be considered a donation. Time, energy, and space has been specifically set up for the appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments.

Not receiving an appointment reminder of your session is not a sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation email was received in a timely manner once the session was officially scheduled. It is important to be accountable, responsible, and honor yourself and honor the person performing the session.

You, and only you, are completely responsible for your actions.

The 48 hour cancellation policy gives time to inform wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Please note that all clients are to be 18 years of age and older, and all prices are quoted in USD and payable online.

It is mutually understood as there are no refunds given, that if a session needs to be cancelled and rescheduled by Annie due to circumstances beyond Annie’s control, Annie will reschedule the appointment as soon as possible based on both Annie and the client’s availability.
