All natural, traditional white sage smudge stick.

White sage clears out negative energy from you and your home/environment when burned. Please remember once the negative energy is released you’ll need to replace that energy with positivity and good energy. This can be done by burning palo santo, sweetgrass or lavender to name a few.

This White Sage stick is approximately 4″ long and is wrapped in 100% cotton or hemp cord.

To remove negative energy, you will need to move with the White Sage in a counter-clock position at least 3x while repeating what you want to release in the space or area.

When burning sage be sure to open windows to release the negative energy.

Palo Santo means “holy wood” in Spanish and comes from trees found on the coast of South America. Palo Santo has many medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

When burned, palo santo cleanses the air and welcomes creativity, love and positive energy into your space.

These wood sticks will last for multiple burning sessions and will brighten the energy around you, while promoting uplifting feelings of positivity, clarity and concentration.

Directions: Provide an airflow exit for any unwanted energy by opening a window or a door. Light one end of the stick and allow the wood tip to slowly ignite. Focus on positive intentions and thoughts. Lightly waft the smoke around yourself and your space. Hold a fireproof dish under your stick to catch any falling embers.

To bring in positive energy, you will need to move with the Palo Santo in a clockwise position at least 3x while repeating what you want to bring in the space or area.

When finished, ensure the stick is no longer lit before leaving unattended.
